Who is responsible for the processing of personal data?
The Wellbee service is provided by Wellbee AB, organization number 559171-5379.
The parent company, Frost Experience AB, organization number 556654-2733, is responsible for the operation and development of the platform.

- Right to be forgotten: If you no longer want Wellbee to process your personal data or if you wish to withdraw your consent, you can request that we delete your data from our systems.

What types of personal data do we collect and why?

- Email: When you create an account on Wellbee, you provide your email address, which is used for both logging in and, in some cases, to send important messages. If you register for digital information sessions ("Webinars"), we save your email to contact you at a later time.
- Username: When registering on Wellbee, you choose a username that you can use for logging in.
- Personal identification number: If you choose to log in with BankID, we save your personal identification number for identification. If you choose another login method, your personal identification number is not saved.
- Uploaded images and media: If you upload images, audio, or video that may contain personal data, we process this data to provide the service.
- Calendar and lists: When you use features like calendars and lists (such as activity planning and shopping lists) and add personal data, we process this information to provide the service.
- Messages: If you use the messaging feature, we store your message history on our servers to provide the service.
- Notes: When you use the "Notes" feature and include personal data, we process this information to provide the service.
- Usage data: We may collect information that your browser sends when you visit our website or use the service on a mobile device. This data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (IP address), type of browser, browser version, pages of our service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time you spend on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. When using the service on a mobile device, this data may also include information about the type of mobile device you use, your unique mobile device ID, your mobile device's IP address, the mobile operating system you use, the type of mobile browser you use, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

How do you withdraw your consent?
If you have previously given Wellbee your consent to process your personal data and wish to change your mind, the process to withdraw your consent is straightforward.
Via Email: Send an email to support@wellbee.app with the subject "Withdrawal of Consent." Include your name and a description of the consent you want to withdraw. As soon as we receive your message, we will cease the specific processing of your personal data covered by the consent and confirm the action to you.
Please note that the withdrawal only affects future processing. If there are other legal grounds for processing your data, they will continue to apply.
Tracking and Cookies
