User:
The user is the person who needs support. The user can log in on the web and change the settings in the app, invite planners and decide which functions the planners should have access to, as well as assign admin rights to the planners. The user is at the center and has control over how their Wellbee should work.
Planner:
Planners are invited by the user or by an admin planner. They can create content for the user and communicate to them via web and the app. A planner cannot change any settings, nor can they invite more planners.
Admin Planner:
The first admin planner is invited by the user, after that the admin planner can distribute admin rights to more planners if the user allows it. The admin planner has the same permissions as the user; they can change settings, invite and remove planners, and decide which features they should have access to.
Super Admin:
The superadmin role is only available if you have an "Organization" type license. The person who starts the subscription automatically becomes a super admin. They have access to settings made at the organization level. From the organization settings, they can invite more accounts (users, planners and superadmins), link users and planners, create groups, activate login with BankID and terminate a license. A superadmin can also be a planner.
Group admin:
A group admin is a planner or superadmin who has been invited to plan for a group of users and then given the admin rights. This role therefore, only exists if you have an "Organization" type license. Group admin can create joint activities in the group calendar and publish content on the notice board.
